About Us

 

Southern Indiana Equine Appraisals was founded in 2003 by Amy Satterly. Amy grew up in southern Indiana in a family active in showing, raising and training American Quarter Horses in barrel racing and pole bending. Her father, Jerry Barrett, is a professional horsemen and Amy spent many years “trailing” after him to horse shows and training sessions. She is a member of Winslow Christian Church and is currently employed by Oakland City University, in Oakland City, Indiana as Director of Assessment.
